Abstract:

Epithelioid granuloma is an inflammatory reaction against insoluble pathogens precipitated in the tissue. Causative pathogens of granulomatous reaction are divided to noninfectious and infectious. We present 2 cases of non-infectious granuloma and one case of infectious granuloma.
