Biography:
carrying out my research in field of plant genomics and cell biology. Using NGS data, bioinformatics and proteomics I am looking for an answer of some questions including repetitive DNA function in transcriptome and proteome, origin and role of small peptides in a cell, 3D genome organization. I love cytogenetics, molecular biology, bioinformatics and programming.
