Human anatomy is the scientific study of the structure and function of the human body. It encompasses a wide range of topics, from the smallest cells and tissues to the largest organs and systems. This means that the body is always working to maintain a stable internal environment, despite changes in the external environment. For example, when you get hot, your body sweats to cool you down. When you get cold, your body shivers to warm you up. These are just a few of the many ways that the body works to maintain balance [4].

The study of human anatomy has a rich history, dating back thousands of years to the ancient Greeks and Romans. Today, with advances in technology and medicine, our understanding of the human body continues to expand and evolve. From sophisticated imaging techniques that allow us to see inside the body without invasive procedures, to cutting-edge research that is uncovering new ways to treat and prevent disease, there is no shortage of exciting developments in the field of human anatomy [5].
