Dr. Truong Quang Binh is a very pedantic teacher who always keeps the conscience of the teaching profession. Quang Binh is a Deputy Director of the Hospital, Director of the Cardiovascular Center of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City (Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy), Senior Lecturer of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Ho Chi Minh City (University of Medicine).
