Thoracoscopic clipping of open ductus arteriosus in premature infants: Progress in neonatal surgery.
Currently, the closure cap used: open surgery, endovascular occlusion and thoracoscopic clipping of OAD. A special group of children are immature, premature children who are on artificial ventilation associated with persistent fetal circulation. The study analyzed the medical history of 97 premature newborns with this heart defect, which were in the "Regional perinatal center" of Zhambyl region in the period 2015-2019. On the basis of complex clinical and instrumental studies, the newborns were divided into groups according to gestational age, weight and dependence on the features of the open arterial duct.
