An Echodense Mass in the Pericardium-A Diagnostic Dilemma
We present a patient with a history of shortness of breath and echo dense mass in trans thoracic echocardiography for five months. Other modalities of imaging were performed without a definitive diagnosis. Surgery was performed for tissue characterization of the mass and further management.
