Biography:

Dr. Irfan Ahmed performs a wide range of minimally invasive Interventional Radiological procedures in both the NHS and the private sector, including central venous access device placement, peripheral and visceral arterial angioplasty and stenting, varicocoele embolisation, fistuloplasty, endovascular aneurysm repair, gastro-intestinal and biliary stenting, and image-guided biopsy and drainage practions. He specialises in uterine artery embolization for the treatment of fibroid symptoms, and he also performs ultrasound, CT, and MRI scans.
