Biography:

Chih-Chung Wu obtained his B.S. degree from the China Medical College (CMC), Taichung, Taiwan in 1995, followed by his Ph.D. in Food Science from the National Chung Hsing University ( NCHU) in 2001. His major is Phytochemical from Chinese medicine, Herb and Vegetable on chemoprevention of chronic disease and Cancer. After which he took his first faculty position at Fooyin University (FU) in the Department of Nutrition and Health Science (2001-2008) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
