Severe hyperkalemia leads to bilateral calf pain and ECG abnormality in a patient with pacemaker.
Hyperkalemia is an electrolyte abnormality that may cause cardiac pacemaker malfunction. Clinically, bilateral calf pain is extremely rare in hyperkalemia.
