Strategic management is a field of management that involves the formulation and implementation of basic long term goals enterprise and the acceptance of course activeness. The initiation took by the organization's top managers on the interest of owners, based on the consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal-external environments in which the organization operates. Strategic management is not static in nature the models often include a response loop to monitor execution and to inform the next round of design.
