Gene Targeting Online Journals

Metagenomics is the study of genetic and genetic material of the environmental samples. This fields is also may referred as ecogenomics, environmental genomics and community genomics. The traditional microbial genome sequencing, traditional microbiology and genomics cultivate to clonal cultures, in the early environmental gene clonel specific genes are sequenced to produce the profile of natural sample of diversity. This process states that the vast majority of microbial biodiversity has missed by methods of cultivation. Cause of this ability to reveal the diversity of microscopic life, it offers powerful lens to examine the microbial potential of entire living world in the world of living and non-living organisms.
