Engineering Materials:
Materials that are used as staple for any kind of construction or manufacturing in an organized way of engineering application are referred to as Engineering Materials. for instance , the pc or the pen we use, are manufactured through controlled engineering processes. These gadgets make use of materials like HDPE, PP, Pb-Silica glass, copper, and aluminum, tin, etc. in their fabrication. Civil construction works like bridges, dams, houses, roads, pavements are administered with the raw materials like stone, chips, cement, clay, paint, bars, etc. Everything we use in our lifestyle are often tailored to use for specific cases. this will be done efficiently if we all know the property of every material beforehand. Hence, materials are extensively tested for his or her properties and classified into broad groups. From this grouping one can realize the gross property of any group of fabric . Engineering materials are classified into the subsequent broad groups: are metal, composite, ceramic and polymer.
