Abstract:
Breast cancer is the leading cause of death in women worldwide among other types of cancers. The present investigation was mainly focused on the scientific analysis to assess the qualitative and quantitative phytochemical constituents, antioxidant potential, cytotoxic, antiproliferative and apoptotic effect of traditional siddha breast cancer medicine (Herbal Formulation); To create an awareness regarding the value of Siddha Medicine and to utilize the cheapest source of traditional Siddha Breast Cancer medicine to relapse the patient from breast cancer without side effects. The plant materials required for the formulation of medicines were collected from the hills and hill locks of Molliadi and other ingredients were procured from Siddha raw drug stores. The herbal formulation is prepared as prescribed in the Palm leaf parchments by my Ancestors, and Grandpa’s Siddha Practitioners, India. The scientific analysis of Siddha Breast Cancer medicines and case reports highlight the effect of medicine to relapse the patient from breast cancer.
