Abstract:

Inverted papilloma is an intermediate grade tumor arising from Schneiderian membrane of paranasal sinuses. inverted papilloma is renowned for its high rate of recurrence, its ability to cause local destruction and its association with malignancy. orbital and intra- cranial involvement is very rare in benign inverted papilloma. successful management of Ip requires resection of the tumor along with affected mucosa which could be achieved with open surgery, endoscopic, or combined approach. inverted papilloma arising from frontal sinus with intracranial extension and orbital involvement is very rare usually require combined approach for complete removal of the tumor. in our case me managed to perform surgery endoscopically without using external approach.

Biography:

Manya thakur has completed her MS ent & hns with gold medal at the age of 27 years from saims medical college Indore, India. she is assistant professor in pt. jnmc medical college. she has won gold medals in various poster and paper presentation in her state. she has been international visiting scholar at as a medical centre in seoul, South Korea and represented her as young Otolaryngologist of the day at me too Dubai. she has presented paper in various national and international conference in Thailand, South Korea, Dubai etc recently awarded with gold medal in rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery workshop exam in Indore. she has been active member of organizing committee in various national and international conferences and workshop. she is also serving as an editorial board member of reputed journals.
