Biography:

Timofey V Tselykh's name is sometimes written as Osipovskii. He was born in Osipovo, a town located about 80 km northeast of Vladimir which is one of the oldest Russian communities. Vladimir is the capital of the region containing Osipovo and is situated about 180 kilometres northeast of Moscow on the bank of the Klyazma River.
