What journals does Allied Academies publish and what types of articles can I submit?

We publish all types of articles like Research Article, Review Article, Mini Review, Short Commentary, Brief Report, Editorial, and Opinion.

Are these journals indexed? What is Indexing?

Yes, our journals are indexed by many databases. "Indexed" means here simply "included in the database". The index contains the metadata of articles. Most important metadata are authors, title, abstract, year of publication, and the link to the full paper. Each journal maintains its own list of databases where it is indexed. Please look under "Indexing" on the journal homepage.

Examples of important indexing services are: Scopus, Index Copernicus, Google Scholars, EBSCO, CABI, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) and Zoological Record (WOS).

If you are not sure about indexing of a particular journal, drop an e mail to specific Journal Coordinator and will guide you with needed.

How can I submit my article to Allied Academies open access journal?

To submit your paper for consideration,

  1. Use the email ID provided in each journal webpage respectively (or)
  2. Authors may prefer to use the Editor Manager System link provided in every Journal home page.


Author willing to submit an article in any of the journals through the Editor Manager System should register the required details to complete the submission process.

Can I submit a manuscript that was published elsewhere?

No. Manuscript must be unique and should not be published elsewhere.

How do I find out if my paper is in scope of the journal?

To know whether your paper is suitable for a specific Journal, go to the home page of the journal concerned, and then look in the "Aims and Scope" section to find the scope of the journal.

Is there any page limit for writing manuscripts?

There is no page limit for regular or special issue manuscripts but there is a three page limit for editorials.

How can I find out the current status of my journal article?

You can check article status in the Editor Manager System with your registered account details.

You can contact the responsible Journal Coordinator or Journal Office of the particular Journal.

What is the duration for publishing an article?

All articles undergo through rapid review process for minimum of 15-21 days from the initial date of submission. The accepted articles will be published online within 15 days.

Should I use the template for submission?

You are suggested to format your manuscript according to our standard template. However, if you do not know how to do it, please just prepare your manuscript as required by the Guideline. You can find basic instructions under Author Guidelines.

Is it essential to recommend guest reviewers for my paper?

You should make effort to recommend reviewers. This will improve the review process and publication efficiency of your paper. However, if you don’t have any candidate, we will help you to find good reviewers.

Is there any publication fee charged for papers published in Allied Academies journal?

Yes. All our journals are made freely available online, we guarantee that no university library or individual reader will ever have to buy a subscription or buy access through pay-per-view fees to access the papers published in our journals.

The journal charges a publication fee in order to cover the costs of maintaining the journal, peer-review process publication process, and the editorial procedure; which is normally covered by the author's institution or research funds. The publication fee is required to be paid upon acceptance of an article for publication. We grant discounts on publication fees for authors of Lower- or Middle-Income Countries.

How do I find out if my article processing charges have been safely received by the Allied academies journal?

Please notify and send your payment voucher via e-mail to the Journal Co-ordinator or Process Executive after your payment. The Journal Co-ordinator or Process Executive will email you a confirmation after receiving the payment.

Are Allied Academies journals peer-reviewed?

Yes. All our journals are peer-reviewed and all submissions are liable to peer-review by qualified experts.

How do I subscribe to a Journal?

As these are open access Journals you can freely view them from our Web site in respective Journal Archive/Volume Selector.

What policies an author should abide for publish through Allied Academies?

Authors agree to have their paper freely available online and will be asked to sign an open access license agreement.



Do you allow the re-use of your data?

Yes, however the information provided by the Allied Academies service is not available for commercial re-use.

We have chosen to implement the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial license for articles published. Users of articles published are entitled to use, reproduce, disseminate, or display these articles provided that

  • The original authorship is properly and fully attributed
  • The journal and publisher are attributed as the original place of publication with correct citation details given
  • If an original work is subsequently reproduced or disseminated not in its entirety but only in part or as a derivative work this is clearly indicated
