Biography:

Dr. Sheela Devi works in Department of Physiology, Dr. ALM. PG. Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Madras, Taramani Campus, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. One of their renowned works are Modulation of morphology and some gluconeogenic enzymes ac-tivity by Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) in diabetic rat kidney. She completed 15 Ph.D and at present 5 are working. Publications in national and international peer reviewed journals - 53.Received the title ?Tamil Kalai Semmal? from Madras University Tamil mandram in September 2004
