Researchers and healthcare professionals have been increasingly investigating the link between nutrition and the progression of these disorders. This article aims to explore the impact of diet on the development and progression of gastrointestinal disorders and shed light on the importance of proper nutrition in managing these conditions [1].

The human digestive system is a complex network of organs and processes that break down the food we consume, extract nutrients, and eliminate waste.
