The main studies in health cost related are involving economic evaluation like cost analysis, cost-utility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and cost-effectiveness analysis. Each methos is having some benefits and the comparing the benefits of a health care intervention or program with its costs, but each method is differs in the way that the use of the intervention are measured and valued [1,2]. The most commonly used measure of benefit in CEA is the QALY. The QALY is a method that captures gains from reduced morbidity rate and decrese mortality rate and combines them into a single measure. A critical reasoning for utilizing QALYs in the improvement of health approaches. Lately there have been various methodological advances around here, which have been formed into useful devices, including broadened cost-adequacy examination and distributional expense viability investigation.
