Editorial 1

We have been able to publish two issues of the journal and to organize an electronic publication that works very well and is indeed one thing we are proud of. Now we are publishing the 3rd printed issue of ITJ from Brazil and at this point we have a clearer vision and we are very hopeful about the future of our journal.
