Biography:

Syed Abdul Sattar is a researcher in Electronics and communication, in Department of Electronics, Mewar University, Chitoghar, Rajasthan, India. One of his research work was "An Effective Technique for Video Compression based on Redundant Wavelet Transform through Selective Accuracy Algorithm".
