Biography:

Dr. Nizam Ahamed currently works as a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Sports Medicine and Nutrition, working within the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory (NMRL) at the University of Pittsburgh. Ahamed completed his first Postdoc appointment as Faculty of Kinesiology, at the University of Calgary, Canada in 2019. Ahamed earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2014 from the University of Malaysia Perlis and his MSc in Computer Science at the University of Madras, India in 2004.
