Biography:

Mehdi Niroomand (M’15) was born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1979. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, in 2001, 2004, and 2010, respectively.,Since 2010, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Isfahan, Isfahan, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His current research interests include power electronics, uninterruptible power supplies, switching power supplies, control in power electronics, and renewable energies.
