Biography:

Dr Takashi Nakayama is an Associate Professor at Department of Physics Chiba University Inage, Chiba, 263-8522, Japan. He has done his Ph.D. from Chiba University Graduate School of Medicine: Chiba, JP. His areas of researches are Schottky barriers,ab initio calculations,semiconductor-metal boundaries,silicon,III-V semiconductors,atomic structure,dangling bonds,defect states,electrodes,elemental semiconductors,gallium compounds,gold,interstitials,nickel compounds.
