Although, we applied this technique to only a limited number of patients, we consider this technique to be safe, simple, and useful. At the same time, physiologic passage could reduce complications, such as anastomotic leak, functional obstruction, and feeding intolerance. We recommend this method of intestinal anastomosis in cases of proximal dilated segments. [4].
