Beyond healthcare, the economic implications of an aging workforce are profound and multifaceted. This demographic shift can create considerable strain on established pension systems and national healthcare budgets. However, it also presents distinct opportunities to effectively leverage the invaluable experience and wisdom of older workers through targeted reskilling initiatives and the adoption of more flexible employment models, fostering continued productivity [2].

Social well-being is another critical dimension demanding attention. A systematic review highlights that effective interventions are essential to mitigate the pervasive issue of social isolation among older adults.
