Synthesis, Anticonvulsant Screening of Some Novel 1, 5-Disubstituted-4-Chloro-IH-Imidazole Derivatives
The Synthesis of Some Novel 1, 5-Disubstituted-4-Chloro-IH-Imidazole was carried out and was evaluated for anticonvulsant activity. 1, 5-Disubstituted-4-Chloro-IH-Imidazole were obtained from imines and p-tolunesulfonyl methyl cyanide (TOSMIC). Imines were prepared from commercially available amines and aldehydes.
