Journal-of-RNA-and-Genomics

An open access publication – will publish high-quality, peer-reviewed articles addressing most aspects of short and long coding / non-coding RNA biology and application in biotechnology and therapy. The journal aims toward the worldwide dissemination of conceptual reviews and contemporary research findings related to RNA structure and function and genomics.

ISSN: 2591-7781

About the Journal

Journal of RNA and Genomics (formerly Journal of RNAi and Gene Silencing) will publish high-quality original research and review articles in the general areas of RNA structure and function and genomics. The journal specifically prioritizes the publication of streamlined scientific manuscripts that have biomedical and agricultural implications.

The broad scope of the journal encompasses the basic and applied concepts and technologies involved in the study RNA and gene function, including but limited to, the of structure and function of RNA, including mRNA, tRNA, rRNA and ribozymes, RNA editing, RNA chemistry, non-coding RNAs, siRNAs, miRNAs, transcriptomics, genome editing, genome analysis, functional genomics, epigenomics and RNA seq/whole genome sequencing, microarray analysis and computational genomics. The journal will also consider manuscript on traditional genome modulation technologies, such as antisense oligonucleotides and functional DNAs, such as deoxyribozymes.

The journal accepts manuscripts in the form of research articles, review articles, short communications, commentaries, opinion articles and Letters to Editor. All submissions should be made online via the editorial manager system. The acceptance or rejection of the submitted manuscripts is based on the comments provided by the subject matter experts.

A Brief Note on Nutritional Epigenomics

Authors : Prashanthi Boya
Epigenetics can be characterized as inheritable and reversible wonders that influence quality articulation without modifying the fundamental base pair grouping. Epigenomics is the investigation of genome-wide epigenetic alterations. Since quality art

A Shot Note on Thermodynamics of RNA

Authors : Shaheed Shettipally
Reliable prediction of RNA?RNA binding energies is crucial, e.g. for the understanding on RNAi, microRNA?mRNA binding and antisense interactions. The thermodynamics of such RNA?RNA interactions can be understood as the sum of two energy contributions

The Analysis of living Eukaryotes in Genome

Authors : Vedavathi Mekala
The green heredity is supposedly 1,500 million years of age, advancing soon after the endosymbiosis occasion that led to early photosynthetic eukaryotes. In this investigation, we disclose the total genome arrangement of an old individual from this g

A Brief Note on Deoxyribozyme

Authors : Hemanth Achari
Deoxyribozymes (DNA compounds) are DNA impetuses for an assortment of synthetic responses that ordinarily include nucleic corrosive substrates. Our research center has zeroed in on the in vitro determination of DNA chemicals for RNA ligation. A profo
