The Journal publishes high-quality original articles, reviews, editorials, and case reports. The Journal is double blind, peer reviewed with an acceptance rate of 25% and publishes classroom teaching cases, with Instructor's Notes, on subjects which are taught in Business Schools. Subject areas include but are not limited to: management, marketing, leadership, ethics, international business, small business, accounting, finance, education, technology and more. 

Known personalities with expertise and published studies in a specific field are invited to write reviews and editorials in our journal. Un-invited reviews will also be accepted if written by experts with publications in the field. Manuscripts submitted to the journal will be accepted on the understanding that the author has not previously submitted the paper to another journal or had the material published elsewhere.
