Research in Addiction is an open access journal that publishes peer-reviewed research reports on pharmalogical and behavioural addictions. Its goal is to serve international scientific and clinical communities, to strengthen links between science and policy, and to stimulate and enhance the quality of debate. Research in Addiction Journal’s scope spans experiments on humans, epidemiological, and clinical with policy research relating to addiction, primarily in the areas of psychoactive substance use, and all aspects of addiction. This Research in Addiction Journal publishes topics on Abstinence, Alcoholics, Addiction Treatment, Addictive Personality, Agonist, Antagonist, Caffeine and Nicotine Addiction, Cirrhosis, Barbiturates and tranquilizers, Drug Tolerance, Narcotic, Steroids, Relapse Prevention, Adolescent behaviour, Cocaine and related disorders, Drug addicts, Mental depression, Psychotropic drugs, Liver Cirrhosis, Drugs & teenagers and high quality contributions from other relevant areas will also be considered. In addition to original research, the journal features editorials, commentaries, reviews, letters, and book reviews, theoretical, research papers, state-of-the-science reviews, and descriptions, research on addictive behaviours to evidence-based clinical practice. All articles are peer reviewed and published under the guidance of our Editorial Board members.
