Fereshteh Askari is currently working in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Tabriz University, Tabriz, Iran. One of research work is Molecular Identification of Lactobacillus acidophilus as a probiotic potential from traditional doogh samples and evaluation of their antimicrobial activity against some pathogenic bacteria
