Award Consideration Submission

Award winners receive a plaque and the manuscripts will be published in the appropriate Journal. At least one author per paper must register at the time of submitting a paper for award consideration. An Abstract must also be submitted prior to submitting a paper for award consideration. If you have not submitted an Abstract or registered, please go to our On-Line Forms page and do so before continuing.

Papers must also be formatted in accordance with our award submission guidelines. Your paper should consist of one file (no separate figures, pages, etc.). The file should be named according to the authorship, Academy, and signify that it is an award submission (i.e. Smith-James-White-asm-award). The paper should be single spaced and include a title page that includes the contact information of the authors and the intended Academy. Please limit your papers to 25 pages and make sure that the file does not exceed 2 MB in size.

By submitting your paper to us via e-mail, you are warranting that the manuscript is original and has not been submitted for publication or published elsewhere.
